Where can I buy tickets?

Tickets are sold directly on the boat or online. To secure your seat onboard, we suggest you buy them online beforehand.

May I ask the captain to drop me off during the tour?

Well no but yes. Become friends with the captain and who knows what happens.

I bought my ticket through a reseller, how does it work?

Just come aboard and we will scan your QR-code before departure.

Can I rent a whole boat?

Yes, this is possible. Please email groups@sightseeingride.com for more information.

Where do you depart?

We depart from Logårdstrappan. You will recognise our staff with the hats.

Do I need to print my tickets?

No, we only need to scan the QR code you’ve been provided with on your phone or receipt.

I forgot the time of departure, can I be refunded?

No, unfortunately not. We have a free cancellation policy 24 hrs before departure, after that, please come on time. You can always come by and get on another tour if there is space available though.

What’s the duration of the tour?
